Today Jess did painting using bouncy balls (and some other things) instead of paintbrushes. We blue-tacked the paper to an old baking tray to try and stop the bouncy balls from rolling off. It did help a little but there was still quite a bit of paint on the floor afterwards. She dipped the ball in the paint and then tipped the tray and rolled the ball round with her fingers aswell. After a couple of pictures using the balls she started to look for other things to use. This ended up including her dolls feet and some bubble wrap (which worked really well) and she made some great pictures.
